Raw (Dried) Irish Sea Moss

Rinse a desire amount of raw sea moss with spring water into a bowl! You will see debris on sea moss. Clean sea moss throughly.Drain water. Add sliced limes to alkaline the sea moss! Add spring water again to sea moss and limes. Soak sea moss 6-8hrs! Sea moss will soften! Now it’s time to blend until smooth.

After Rinse,Soak, & Blend technique you can use sea moss in numbers of ways! You can eat it, use it as a hair conditioner, face mask, soaps, oils & body! As works great on healing wounds!
